REAL WORLD DUCATI's
1) HBO’s Entourage Promotion
You may have noticed already, but HBO and Best Buy recently kicked off a Nation-wide promotion for Entourage’s Season 3 on DVD. The grand prize for their contest is a brand new 1098, inspired by Episode 3’s actions where the Entourage gang headed to Pro-Italia and bought 4 brand new Ducati Superbikes. This promotion will be taking place in Best Buy’s around the country and features custom made POP, website, and mailing inserts. This is an excellent promotion for us, as they (HBO) purchased the motorcycle from us, procured all materials, and aggressively promoted it!
2) Project Gotham Racing 4
For all of the gamers out there, Project Gotham Racing 4 was released last week (10/2) and features multiple Ducati’s in it. PGR4 is the 4th installment of the popular Project Gotham series from UK developer “Bizarre Creations” and the first iteration to feature motorcycles. This placement was setup entirely outside of DNA, however the game is distributed by Microsoft Game Studios and is available in all gaming channels across the United States. The Ducati’s featured are: 999R Xerox, 998, S4RS, and Paul Smart 1000 LE. Please see the attached screenshot for reference.
3) Music Videos
Ducati's have appeared in a few music video’s recently, you’ll find some cameo’s by the 1098 (extremely quick) and Hypermotard.
