Hot Rod V-Rod - Barnett's, March /
April '06
Barnett's features North American Warhorse
Custom V-Rod |
In a
world where major motorcycle events, scooter bars and upscale biker
parking lots are flooded with high-end choppers and old school
bobbers, it's refreshing to come across a rare customized
Harley-Davidson V-Rod. "...the black and blood red colored
V-Rod from North American Warhorse is one of the best yet..."

American Iron Magazine Highlights the super custom V-Rod |
According
to Louis DeNaples, owner of this V-Rod, "Once we started, I didn't
know if we'd ever stop. I thought we might soon have a
million-dollar motorcycle." Well, how far do you go to customize a
V-Rod? That's a question that has challenged many customizers over
the last year or so... North American Warhorse may have found the
answer...

Love
That V-Rod! - American Iron Magazine, Jan. '04
Readers' comment on the October '03 Photo Spread |
"I
Loved your all-Harley edition, especially Louis DeNaple's V-Rod! Now
that's what a V-Rod should look like! Harley should take note and
I think then the bike would not be known as a "Chick Bike"
anymore, though there's nothing wrong with "Chick Bikes"...

Bring
your bratwurst, it's in German!

Ghetto
Blaster - CycleWorld Magazine, Dec. '03
North American Warhorse creates a Harley for the Hood. |
Last
Winter's Cycle World international motorcycle show in New York City
was a bit different than the other 13 stops on the circuit. Definitely
more urban, with an emphasis on StreetFighter sportbikes, stunt riding
videos, and hoochie mommas with an extra dose of jiggy in their short-shorts.
North American Warhorse has created a Harley to finally compete with
the growing urban market.... |

Urban
Renewal - CycleWorld Magazine, Feb. '04
"I've waited for a bike like this..." |
I've
waited for a VR-powered sportbike ever since I saw the first factory
Harley Superbike... I rode a V-Rod as soon as my local dealer
got his only example. Make it look something
like the "Ghetto Blaster" bike featured in December's American
Flyers, and I'll buy one tomorrow...
