N.A.W. Loyalty Rewards Program

The concept behind our Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) is simple. For every dollar you spend at our parts and accessories departments, you will be credited one point. As you accumulate points you become eligible to earn redeemable N.A.W. coupons.

Questions and Answers

How do I access my points?

Points are accumulated immediately upon purchase of any parts, accessories or apparel and will be posted within 48 hours. You may access your account by visiting www.nawarhorse.com and clicking on the N.A.W. Loyalty Rewards Program link. To set up your account you will need to type in your email address. This will prompt you to set up a private user ID and password. No email address? No problem; A North American Warhorse employee can access the site within the dealership for you. Also, it should be known that points earned expire on January 1 of the new year.

How can my N.A.W. Loyalty Rewards coupon(s) be used?

N.A.W. Loyalty Rewards coupons are redeemable only for parts, accessories and merchandise. They cannot be credited to an account, redeemed for cash or used to purchase gift cards to special order an item. Remember, since N.A.W. Loyalty Rewards coupons expire on January 1st of each year, points cannot be rolled over to the following year. If your N.A.W. Loyalty Rewards coupon should be lost, destroyed or stolen it cannot be replaced under any circumstance.

Conditions and terms of agreement:

Ø  Points earned expire as of the 1st of each new year.

Ø  Your card must be presented at time of purchase.

Ø  Coupons earned under the Loyalty Rewards program cannot be credited to an account, redeemed for cash, used to purchase gift cards or used toward special orders in the Parts Department.

Ø  Card can only be used by original purchaser or a member of the immediate household. Picture Identification may be required and is not transferable to any other person or party.

Ø  Money spent on any VIN or Serial numbered items do not accrue/earn points.

Ø  N.A.W. Loyalty Reward coupons must be redeemed within 30 days of the print date.

    N.A.W. Loyalty Rewards Card cannot be combined and/or used with any other discount, sale, promotional or clearance price.

If you receive a in-store discount you are given the choice to either: A) forfeit your discount and become a card member to accept coupons or B) Retain your discount and become a card member strictly for notifications and promotions (thus you are not eligible to earn points towards coupons)
