2026 Suzuki GSX-R600Z

The 2026 GSX-R600Z 40th Anniversary Edition arrives sporting unique graphics and special parts finished to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the GSX-R family. The appearance and performance foster a sense of connection with the history of the GSX-R and thereby instill greater pride of ownership.

The 2026 GSX-R600Z continues Suzuki’s tradition of blending race-winning capability with impeccable street manners. The GSX-R600Z’s compact, powerful, four-cylinder engine promptly reacts when the rider twists the throttle, while its supremely refined suspension and brakes provide precise, responsive handling. Superb ergonomics boosts control and comfort while the iconic GSX-R bodywork looks great under any of the three available paint schemes.

The GSX-R600Z’s race-ready look is not manufactured; it is the true byproduct of decades of production road racing dominance that continues to this day. For a rider considering a mid-size supersport bike at home on the track or the street, there is only one choice: the Suzuki GSX-R600Z.

Features may include:

Engine
  • The GSX-R600’s compact, fuel-injected 599cc, four-cylinder engine with a race-proven over-square bore/stroke ratio produces remarkably strong high rpm power delivery.
  • Suzuki Dual Throttle Valve (SDTV) fuel injection uses eight fine-spray eight-hole injectors for improved fuel atomization, which contributes to more complete combustion.
  • The four-into-one stainless steel exhaust system use a titanium muffler fitted with a Suzuki Exhaust Tuning (SET) valve that maximizes torque and improves throttle response, especially in the low- to mid-rpm range.
Transmission
  • A race-proven back-torque-limiting clutch contributes to smoother downshifting and corner entry while the close-ratio six-speed transmission has Suzuki’s legendary smooth and precise shifting characteristics that pay dividends on the street or racetrack.
Chassis
  • The twin-spar aluminum frame effectively connects the steering head with the swingarm pivot portion of the chassis in a way that balances light weight and strength.
  • The Showa® Big Piston Front Fork (BPF) and remote reservoir rear shock absorber are adjustable to deliver exceptional handling.
  • The single Showa® rear shock absorber features externally adjustable rebound and compression damping, along with adjustable ride height.
  • Front brakes with fully floating 310mm discs are grasped by radial-mount, four-piston Brembo® Monobloc calipers.
